Our Sole Sisters Yoga instructor is lovely!  Jenny continues to be a lifelong student of yoga, weaving in a yogic lifestyle of simplicity and awareness, thus creating a safe and self accepting class environment accessible for all.  Using flowing movements and alignment based yoga with breath, awareness Jenny brings her passion and authentic self to class, where you will cultivate inner strength, let go of tension, and feel light in both heart and mind.

All Levels Yoga

Build strength, flexibility, and balance through the intelligent placement of poses to benefit body and mind. Class will include a full spectrum of poses from standing, core awakening, static stretches, and relaxing floor poses. Breath work, body awareness, and relaxation techniques will be weaved through this all levels class. Everyone is encouraged to move at their own pace – modifications and variations will be offered.
