Yoga for walkers and runners!

Yoga for walkers and runners!  22 of use enjoyed a yoga class last night (Wednesday)…. This 8 week session will be on Wednesday nights from 8-9pm in the St. Joseph’s gym… if you are interested please let me know by Sunday, July 15th (mena@telus.net).  This 8 week program will be $70 … drop-ins will be accepted after that at $14/class.  Thanks to Jenny Stewart of Feel Good Yoga for her instruction and time.
