First night is always full of emotion as we embark together on many possible ‘news’; a new venture, a new goal, a new program, a new clinic or perhaps you just adopted a ‘new’ item on your BUCKET LIST! Regardless, for some reason we have all found ourselves together in the gym on Tuesday nights and for 13 more to come. Please remember, this is your clinic… a safe, motivating and compassionate place where we all want to witness each other’s accomplishments as well as our own through proper training, education and coaching. Please take the time you need to be comfortable, challenged and accomplished. There is no pressure, only a room full of women that will be there every step of your journey cheering you on.

4th Annual Lifemark Health Esquimalt 5k
THE ESQUIMALT 5K… YES we will be trained and ready to complete the 5k distance by March 19th. Please bring your registration form to the Clinic THIS TUESDAY – FEBRUARY 15TH!
Please read the form carefully – YES we are a clinic… so tick off this box and put 2011 SOLE SISTERS for the cheaper price! Do you want a shirt? The cost will be $14 total… If you do NOT want a shirt make sure you tick off this box too… then you only pay $9! You can bring us cash or you can write a chq payable to “Township of Esquimalt”. If you would prefer to register yourself… that is fine – PLEASE make sure you say you are a 2011 Sole Sister – but know we have a cut off date for this cheap price for our group – Feb. 17th!!!… AND there is a 500 person registration limit… so hurry hurry hurry…last year’s event sold out!
Don’t forget- this Tuesday is RED HOT day… so you can start digging out something red in your run closet!

Thank you for Supporting the 1st Annual 2010 Victoria KidsRun.
The 1st Annual KidsRun Victoria event raised over $12,000.
An additional $9,000 was raised through KidsRun Organizing Committee Members who created a team and continued over to the annual Childrun at BC Children’s Hospital (BCCH), where they presented a cheque for over $21,000 to BCCH’s Pediatric Oncology Department.
